Virtual Personal Training
Can’t make it to our locations in Toronto? We also offer one-on-one online personal training to help you build strength and health from your home or local gym.
How it works: During your 30-minute video sessions, a NET instructor will guide you through a series of strength training movements, using your body weight or (optionally) equipment like bands or a pull-up bar. These exercises are appropriate for people of all ages, with no experience necessary; we will teach you how to perform them in a safe and effective way. (Check out our Video Library to get an idea of the exercises you’ll do.)
Virtual workouts are a great way to invest in your strength and long-term health, especially if your lifestyle is more sedentary these days. With our scientifically backed method of slow strength training, you might be surprised how intense of a workout you can get in such a short amount of time!
