We’re happy to offer you a free one-hour introductory session with a knowledgeable NET instructor—and no pushy sales tactics.

Why give it a try? NET offers a new approach to fitness training that you really have to experience to understand. We can try to describe it in words, but everything will make much more sense after your first workout. You’ll see why our training sessions are only 30 minutes long, and why one or two NET workouts per week is all you need.

What to expect: During your first visit, we will introduce you to our training concept. After you fill out a questionnaire about your current health status and training experience, we'll discuss what your fitness goals are, if any. We'll take you through a sampling of exercises customized for those goals that demonstrate how our training works. We’re always happy to answer any questions you might have about our approach to reaching your optimum strength and fitness.

What happens after my free introductory session? If you like it, we’re happy to offer you a special trial package: 4 sessions at $65 each, with no commitment, so you can decide if you want to continue long-term.
